helpful staff good selection tasty food

Staff showed kindness. Ahmed at reception was amazing. He helped me. The hotel was clean. I found selection of food good. It was very tasty. Animation team was fun and interactive. They provided a positive atmosphere. I appreciate their hard work.

entertainment on evenings was sometimes repetitive, it might benefit with more variety.

my superior queen room had pool views. Housekeeping kept the room super clean daily. Amenities are available and well-kept. The beds were comfortable. I rested well each night.

decent stay with some issues

musty smell weak water

the staff was friendly and supportive.

the room i was given had a musty smell. the bathroom had mold and the water pressure was very weak. also, i found multiple hairs in the bedroom upon arrival.

friendly staff animation team small room poor entertainment

the animation crew worked hard and were friendly it seemed they were doing their best with the available resources

the room i was assigned felt quite small it was difficult to find available sockets to plug in my devices i also found the entertainment options to be subpar most evenings i ended up returning to my room earlier than expected
